Round pen, 2 arenas, gazebo with fans by arena, wash racks, mature barn with ZERO-drama, caters to all disciplines, lots of cross ties in barn (shade), WiFi, refrigerator, clean restroom (no porta-potty), stable owner on-site. Can schedule training sessions/lessons (their horse or yours). Rent 1 of their horses (hourly rate-boarder discount) & friend can ride with you. Must make reservation for horse of your choice & rider skill level. LOTS of wooded trails on property. Experienced rider only. Prefers females. MUST be over 21, or have parent/guardian with you. She’s my baby & needs more attention than I can give her right now.
